According to what is expected by the Legislative Decree n.196 of June 30th of 2003, concerning the rules about the protection of personal data, we wish to inform you that:
the personal data that you provide, otherwise acquired by the company during its activity, may be subjected to processing, through the Information Sistem, with or without the use of electronic devices, in accordance with the legislation mentioned above, for the institutional purposes of our company, and especially for:
the execution of a service or of one or more operations contractually agreed
the execution of obligations, expected by laws or regulations
the protection of our rights in court
The provision of your personal data to our company is strictly functional to the execution of the contractual relationship. Regarding the personal data processing from you, you can exercise the right according to the Legislative Decree 196/03, available in the Italian Parliament website.
The owner of the personal data is the company itself. Data will be preserved in the company headquarters itself, for the time prescribed by the law.
Provided or otherwise acquired data processing, during our activity, can be done also by persons that have the authority to access to your personal data; the authority is given by law or secondary or community legislation.

Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files stored in the internet browser of the user by the websites that he or she visits. Cookies are memorised in the internet browser, and then sent again to the same websites when the user visits them again. During a website visit, the user can receive on his or her device also cookies sent by different websites or servers (so-called “third part”), that may have some elements (such as, for example, pictures, maps, sounds, specific links to other websites), in the website that the user is visiting.

Technical cookies
Technical cookies don’t require the user’s agreement, according to the section 122, clause 1 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003. Among the technical cookies we highlight the following:

cookies that memorise the user’s choices (such as the agreement to the data processing)
These cookies are used only by us, therefore they are first part cookies.
For example, essential cookies are used when the user accesses his or her private page, or when he or she chooses “stay logged in”.
These cookies make it easier the passage from http to https when the user switches to another website, so that the the safety of the data is always guaranteed.
Moreover, this kind of cookie is used to memorise the user’s decision about the cookies use on our website.
Essential cookies can’t be disabled using the website settings. The cookies used to analyse statistically the accesses or the website’s visits, are technical cookies. They are also called “analytics”, because they have just statistical purposes and they gather information generically, without dating back to the user’s identification. These cookies can be disabled or cancelled using the browser settings.
