GENERAL INFORMATION
All BOEMOS products are subject to the terms and conditions of supply and payment set out below. The terms and conditions of sale are available to all at https://www.boemos.it.
BOEMOS will send a written copy of the terms and conditions of sale to any purchaser who requests one.
Upon placing an order, the purchaser expressly declares that they accept BOEMOS’s terms of delivery and payment. BOEMOS reserves the right to amend its terms of supply and/or payment from time to time.
Should the purchaser receive a product they did not order, they must notify BOEMOS as soon as possible. In such cases, the buyer shall arrange the return shipment of the product after receiving specific instructions from BOEMOS, which will bear the shipping costs and subsequently send the correct product to the buyer.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free for Italy and European Union countries; for the rest of the world, the cost is €40.00.

SECURE PAYMENT
BOEMOS offers the following secure payment methods:
- Credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Maestro): when processing the order, the customer must enter their credit card number and expiry date. The customer must also ensure they enter their name exactly as it appears on the credit card. The payment authorisation process will then begin, and the buyer will be notified whether the payment has been approved or not.

DELIVERIES

BOEMOS uses express couriers such as UPS and DHL for deliveries.
BOEMOS will make every effort to deliver the ordered product to the specified delivery address within the agreed delivery timeframe. The purchaser is responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Should anything go wrong with the dispatch of an order due to an incorrect delivery address (and the error is attributable to the purchaser), BOEMOS hereby disclaims all liability for any (partial) loss of the shipment. Should BOEMOS require further information regarding a specific delivery address, the buyer may be contacted by BOEMOS requesting additional details. Should further information regarding the delivery address be required, there may be a delay in delivery.
All delivery terms (dispatch days, delivery times in working days, dispatch date, etc.) mentioned on the website are to be considered indicative and not definitive or guaranteed.

If a product delivered to the buyer’s address is found to be damaged or incomplete, the buyer must notify BOEMOS’s customer service team as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving the order) by email (or via the contact page on the BOEMOS website). BOEMOS will resolve the issue. The customer must always inform BOEMOS in the above-mentioned case(s) and wait for BOEMOS customer service to provide instructions on how to proceed. A customer who decides to return a product in the cases mentioned above at their own expense without first contacting customer service and without waiting for instructions on how to proceed will not be entitled to claim any reimbursement of the costs incurred from BOEMOS (and BOEMOS hereby disclaims all liability for any return shipments made without its authorisation).
In the event that an order dispatched or about to be dispatched by BOEMOS to the buyer is lost or goes missing, or in the event that the buyer claims never to have received the goods ordered (despite the tracking data or the carrier’s records indicating otherwise), a claims procedure will be initiated with the carrier. Before any refund is issued or a new shipment is arranged, it will be necessary to await the outcome of the claim procedure in question. The buyer must cooperate fully with the claim procedure with the carrier. If a shipment has been lost due to an error attributable to the carrier (and once the claims procedure with the carrier has been completed), BOEMOS will issue a refund to the customer or attempt to resend the ordered product.
If a shipment is not delivered to the buyer’s address (or to the collection point) within 14 days of the dispatch date, the buyer must notify BOEMOS’s customer service by email within 14 days (i.e. no later than 28 days from the dispatch date).

LIABILITY
Although BOEMOS always endeavours to meet the scheduled delivery times, it hereby accepts no liability for any delays in the delivery of an order.

WITHDRAWAL AND IMPORT DUTIES
Unless otherwise stated, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the ordered product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (the only exception being if a product is damaged or incomplete, in which case the purchaser must notify BOEMOS’s customer service by email and await further instructions). The purchaser also has the right to notify BOEMOS within 14 days of receiving the ordered product of their decision to return the goods ordered without having to specify the reasons (the only exception is if a product is damaged or incomplete, see above). In such cases, the buyer must therefore return the goods ordered within 14 days of notifying BOEMOS.

The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the purchaser. Any amount relating to the purchase of a returned product will be credited to the bank account used by the purchaser to pay for the original order.
Should the buyer wish to exercise their right to withdraw from the contract and cancel the order after the ordered product has already been dispatched (which normally takes place on working days immediately following the submission of an order), even if the shipment has not yet been delivered to the buyer’s specified delivery address, the costs of returning the goods ordered to the BOEMOS warehouse shall be borne by the buyer. Should any customs duties, taxes or import (administrative) costs be due because the goods ordered have been imported into the country specified by the buyer (a process which, in most cases, cannot be halted once dispatch to the destination country specified by the buyer has commenced), these costs shall be borne by the buyer. When crediting the buyer’s account, BOEMOS will deduct any customs duties, taxes or import (administrative) costs that may have been charged to BOEMOS (as the sender of the shipment).

APPLICABLE LAW
All agreements and legal relationships entered into by BOEMOS and the purchaser, regardless of the country from which the purchaser places an order and the destination country for the delivery of the goods ordered, are governed by Italian law. In the event of any dispute arising between BOEMOS and the purchaser, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Rome.

SHIPPING

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ORDERED GOODS TO ARRIVE?
For orders shipped within Italy, the estimated delivery time is 2 working days; delivery may take up to 5 working days. For other international orders, the estimated delivery time is 3–6 working days. Delivery times depend on the country and location. An order shipped to a rural location may take longer than an order shipped to New York (which is close to a UPS air hub). Estimated delivery times in working days vary depending on the destination country.

WHERE CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
The estimated delivery times are given in “working days”, so weekends and public holidays should not be included.

CAN I COLLECT THE PRODUCT I ORDERED FROM THE BOEMOS WAREHOUSE OR OFFICES?
No, unfortunately that is not possible. The warehouse is not open to the public.

REFUNDS
If the buyer withdraws from the purchase within the trial period, BOEMOS will credit the amount paid to the buyer within 14 days of receiving the return. Any costs relating to the return shipment will be refunded to the bank account used by the buyer to pay for the original order.
