LEGAL NOTICE

3. TERMS OF SALE

3.1 Conclusion of the Contract

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of product unavailability, obvious pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent use.

3.2 Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in the selected currency and may include or exclude VAT depending on the destination country.

3.3 Shipping and Delivery

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to European consumer protection legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send written notice to the Company and return the product within the specified time frame.

The product must be returned:

undamaged;
unused;
complete with labels;
in the original packaging.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the return, subject to suspension pending verification of the product.

Shipping costs for the return are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise indicated.

5. LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY

All products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity required by European consumer law.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer is entitled to have the product repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or termination of the contract in the cases provided for by law.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website, including trademarks, logos, images, photographs, text, design, and graphic layout, is the exclusive property of the Company or the respective owners and is protected by applicable law.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

technical malfunctions not directly attributable to its own will;
