Return Policy

You may return any product purchased online within 14 days of the delivery date

Products may be returned via a shipping carrier of your choice. You must fill out the return form so we can provide you with a return number.

Return Terms and Conditions

The right to return will be considered properly exercised once the following conditions are met:

  1. The online return form must be correctly completed and submitted to the Seller within 14 days of receipt.
  2. The products must not have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
  3. The products must be returned in their original packaging.
  4. The Seller must receive the goods within 30 days of the package’s delivery date.

If you have met all the above requirements, the Seller will refund the full price of the returned purchased products. Any duties, taxes, and fees paid for the delivery of the purchased products will not be refunded. If the returned products cannot be accepted, you will be notified. In this case, you may choose to have the products returned to you at no cost to the Seller. If you refuse the aforementioned delivery, the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the purchase.

Shipping

You may ship your returns to the Seller using a shipping service of your choice, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that you have accurately completed and included all necessary documentation for customs clearance in the package. Customs authorities require that all documentation be written in English so that it can be used by both the authorities of the country from which the shipment originates (for export) and the Italian authorities (for import). We recommend consulting local authorities and/or your chosen shipping service to ensure that the documentation is sufficient.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for packages that are held at customs due to missing or insufficient documentation. The Seller therefore strongly recommends choosing a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment at any time. Ensure that the shipping method you choose guarantees delivery of the package within 30 days of the order receipt date.

Refund Timelines and Procedures

Once the Seller has received the returned products and verified that they meet all requirements, you will receive an email confirming that the returned products have been accepted. Regardless of the payment method you used (PayPal, bank transfer), the refund process will be initiated within 30 days of the Seller becoming aware of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal for the purchased products and once the Seller has verified that the withdrawal was made in accordance with the conditions set forth above.

The timeframe for refunding the amount paid for the returned products depends on the payment method used.
